MOVEMENT + MEANING + MUSIC
Lala Bodi's studio and private classes and events offer a seamless blend of thoughtful meaning and dynamic movement set to music that ties it all together and gets the bodi going. Lala founder Laura's powerful all-levels heated vinyasa flows not only build strength and flexibility, they offer a sensory experience of self-discovery—blending the physical, mental, and heart-led aspects of our being and allowing space to find our individual purpose in practice. When life asks for a gentler pace, Laura's slow flows, yin, and restorative yoga offerings allow space to breathe, ground, and unfurl. Whatever practice is calling, Lala will be right there with you to get moving, go deep, and have some fun!
lala's manifesto
At Lala Bodi, we believe that there is power in presence—that the energy found in a gathering of humans breathing and moving with intention is transformative. We believe that when we create space to tap into the connections within us and the connections among us and our surroundings, we create space for magic. We believe in the power of beginning again—that our second (and third and...) acts can be even more fulfilling, inspiring, and adventuresome if we let them. We believe that supporting our bodis by regularly moving on purpose supports our hearts and minds, too, allowing us to feel better, live better, and be better. We believe that we are always stronger and more capable that we think, and that, while growth can be challenging, it can also be fun. We believe that there is space for you in each and every offering we provide and that you are ALWAYS welcome, exactly as you are.

Laura Glaeser
FOUNDER, YOGI, RYT200
I am a yogi and an anthropologist by training and by heart.
Two decades as a sociocultural anthropologist navigating international humanitarian crises and traveling globally showed me both the deep challenges people face and their incredible strength. While so enriching, over time the pace and demands of the work left me feeling disconnected from my community, my body, and even my own presence. In search of a change, I evolved my longtime personal yoga practice into yoga teaching and began rediscovering those connections. My passion now is to offer others' opportunities to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and surroundings, fostering a holistic approach to well-being rooted in presence, awareness, connection, and movement.
